I am a detail-oriented Food Safety and Quality Assurance professional with over 3 years of hands-on experience in food manufacturing, HACCP implementation, GMP compliance, production line quality control, and regulatory documentation. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering and am certified as a Food Safety Compliance Officer (FSCO), with additional certifications in HACCP, FSSC 22000 V6 Internal Audit, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
In my current role as Food Safety Compliance Officer at Big "E" Food Corporation, I lead compliance monitoring across operations, review HACCP and FSMS verification records, manage pest control documentation, and facilitate external certification audits including HALAL and SGS. I also serve as HACCP Team Leader during audit preparation, ensuring all records, corrective actions, and documentation are audit-ready at all times.
