This entails meticulous attention to detail and effective coordination with various teams to guarantee that service requests are addressed within the agreed-upon Upgrade to see actual info addition to managing SLAs, I am also tasked with generating monthly and weekly business reports for the accounts I oversee. These reports provide valuable insights into service performance, customer satisfaction levels, and any areas requiring improvement. By analyzing this data, I can identify trends, track key metrics, and make informed decisions to optimize service delivery processes.Over the course of my career, I have accumulated four years of demonstrative experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, specifically tailored for service management. This includes proficiency in both Oracle Siebel and Microsoft Dynamics 365, which are essential tools for effectively managing customer interactions, tracking service requests, and ensuring SLAs are met.
