I believe I possess good communication skills; and good communication does not only encomass of conveyipng thoughts or speaking to an audience but as well as the ability to listen and comprehend conveyed messages to make the process of communication effective. Patience and accountability are also my strong suit. These are qualities needed when conversing with clients and representing a brand of service. I also have good decision-making and problem-solving skills which is vital when dealing with clients' concerns. Lastly, I am knowledgeable but also teachable. I am aware of my capacity— what I know and do not know; which is why I remain apt and willing to learn.
