Profile Description

I am a communication graduate with a major in Development Journalism. I am equipped with fundamental communication skills including media writing, communication research and manuscript. I choose to work with a different type of field because it excites me to explore new ideas and discoveries. I believe working with the field I graduated with and working at a BPO industry does not differ much from each other because they both facilitate clear communications to achieve greater customer satisfaction. I am diligent, hard working and eager to learn more and can work in long hours when needed. I am also organized, easygoing and able to meet deadlines. I am a dedicated employee with 1 year experience as a customer service representative.
