I studied Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Computer Applications specialized in Business Analytics, that helped to start my career in different fields of industry. First, I used to work as a Customer Service Representative in Convergys Philippines Service Inc, that provides personalized customer services to American based companies such as AT&T Postpaid and Prepaid Company and DirecTV. After two years of being a Telecom representative with them, I looked for a better opportunity so I tried a different BPO company in Alabang Muntinlupa City where BPO Companies mostly rising. I got accepted to WNS Global Services Inc. ,where I became a senior associate for an Australian Insurance Company which is CGU. I passed the International Australian Underwriting Training with an award as one of the fast learners in the class of 30 within our training. In that job we provide customer service for people's home, investment property and vehicular insurance, with the creation, underwriting and cancellation of the policies. I was able to be one of the Change Champions when the account needed to process the transition of the new system from Australia to the local, and I also got the top performer award for three consecutive quarters with 100% customer satisfaction. Then the pandemic started in March 2020, I was forced to leave the company and be safe at home, where I got the chance to find a job at the comfort of your home. I was able to work with a SeiMarketing Agency, a company that helps and supports company brands to advertise themselves with the use of different social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagrams and etc., where i purely got my social media marketing experiences, which I think is one my edges aside from my Educational background. I have also acquired skills and knowledge in leads verification and appointment setting in my previous job in MedPro Disposal.
