From teaching basic to advanced English to Japanese students for a year, to providing technical support for Microsoft at Convergys, where I assisted customers with computer problems and promoted Microsoft products through calls and chats for almost 2 years. I also ventured into being a virtual assistant, helping other e-commerce store on Shopee, where they sold novelty items and managed their social media content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Additionally, I handled product outsourcing through Alibaba, provided customer service on Shopee, and addressed product inquiries on various social media platforms.

Through these experiences, I've developed valuable skills in organization such as e-mail, file and calendar management, e-commerce and research skills, social media content creation, digital marketing and influencer or affiliate marketing.
