Profile Description

As a Virtual Assistant I am responsible for managing everything virtually. Managing all spread sheets and lists, acting as a personal assistant to the client and helping in managing things in a timely manner, gathering and verifying paperwork for the project and in promoting the company as the best place to work. I'm also responsible in responding to emails, doing phone calls,scheduling meetings and booking travel accommodation.As a Customer Service Representative  I am responsible in helping customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. I maintain a positive, empathetic,professional attitude toward customers at all times, Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.As a Sales Specialist I am responsible for communicating the benefits of a company's products in order to drive sales. I also serve  as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.
