Profile Description

Over the last 16 years, I gained a wide range of skills and knowledge in project management, admin assistance, recruitment, client relations, collecting bank debt, customer service, administrative support, sales and appointment setting. I became an expert in handling customer complaints and concerns by providing solutions to their problems/concerns in a positive approach that benefits both the customers/clients and the company I support.

I have obtained the skills from my previous work experience -- both with BPO companies and home-based projects. With these experiences along with my acquired technical skills, interpersonal skills, sense of productivity, and superb work ethic, I can humbly say that I can handle the unique challenges that will come along with different roles and assist you to reach your goal.
