I am a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Education majoring in Social studies. I started working as a Customer Service agent in one of the BPO companies here in Bacolod back in 2007. I handled outbound and inbound calls. I was also promoted as a Quality Assurance Specialist wherein I was tasked to listen to agent's calls and do some coaching. I was also given an opportunity to work in Singapore last 2014 as a clinic receptionist for 3 years. When I returned to the Philippines last 2017 I started working as a freelancer. I became a sales executive assistant for 1 year. I was tasked to sell high-end televisions to hotels and elite customers. I also do invoices for customer's orders, answer phone inquiries, and call back customers for order verification.
