Profile Description

I was an ESL Teacher for almost two years when I taught Chinese and Koreans how to improve their English Language through conversations and English Lessons. I was also a customer service representative with different campaigns like Internet Services, Mobile Phones, Travel Insurance, Property Insurance, Health Insurance as well as Reservations. I also had a stint as a Communications Trainer. Furthermore, I train and enhance the communications skills of newbies for any upcoming campaign. I was also tasked to do some admin tasks, like Data Entry and creating calendar invites for clients. Created different engagement activities for the LOB like Ads, Games, and Metric Based Activities. I am familiar with Canva, Photoshop as well as MS Office Applications and Google Forms, Docs drive etc.
