*Worked as a data entry specialist at Southend Pharmacy. It is based in Texas, USA. I do have a lot of admin tasks. The first is to check if the patient is eligible for free COVID-19 testing kits. Then I had another task after that, it is to download the submission forms of the patients and put their data into our tracker. I also had a task where I downloaded resumes of all the applicants for a medical representative role on a website and transferred them to our tracker as well.
*Also had experience in chat support, appointment setting, and managing the social media (FB and IG) of my clients in a Salon located in Texas. From Data entry/ chat support, I've been transitioned into an appointment setting/ lead generation role. Where I was given a script to respond to the leads my clients are sending the text blast and from it, I should book them into a call with my client.
• Worked as a call center representative that caters to inbound calls from customers abroad. Receive a large number of calls each shift regarding their concerns about their mobile phones such as Sprint, Verizon AT&T, and a lot more. Working full-time, catering to their concerns, and resolving issues gives customers satisfaction and makes them want to purchase e-loads again.
• Answering Inbound calls from customers who are taking free trials of Acai Berry recharged.
• My task is to answer the call and inform the customers about their free trial that is going to end.
• Handling irate customers due to unwanted billing on their credit cards and assisting them on how to cancel the trial or continue purchasing it online.
