I am an experienced Customer Care Representative, Customer Service Representative and Team Leader Assistant who is expert in all aspect of the CSR/ CCR and some leadership function by answering phone calls, doing outbound calls, helping leader in managing the team to make sure everything is in place and taking care of, doing administrative tasks while providing excellent customer service accurately, My experience are mainly in U.S. Healthcare Insurance. I have handled Medical accounts specifically in processing prior authorization for both medical and prescriptions, benefits , enrollment, refills, grievance and appeals, referrals, data entry , handling final process of approving prior authorizations and scheduling Doctor's appointment. With my extensive experiences in CSR/CCR roles , I have gained several skill set to succeed in this highly competitive field . I have strong communication and interpersonal skills, I am detail oriented and can work under pressure with minimal supervision. I have strong organizational skill , flexibility and adaptability, I am a problem solver and have effective time management skills. I am a fast learner. I am hungry to learn new skill set to grow more professionally. I am an expert in Microsoft office , Google Suite, CRM, and EHR/EMR system. I am HIPAA certified and most importantly I am a person with integrity and has self discipline.
