During after-hours, I help businesses maintain smooth operations by answering client and caregiver inquiries, coordinating messages, and handling urgent concerns. I manage incoming calls, provide assistance in both English and Spanish, and ensure that all concerns are properly addressed or escalated when necessary.
I also help ease the workload of office staff by organizing and documenting important updates, relaying critical information, and sending detailed messages and reports through Microsoft Teams or other communication platforms so the daytime team can easily follow up.
