I have excellent technical skills such as file management, administrative task, and problem-solving. I've been with the call center industries for 10 years as an AP and AR helpdesk, licensed AP collector, HR analyst, and Supervisor of the escalation team where I honed my skills to make sure that all information, records, payroll, and payments are 100% quality checked. With the tools that I'm familiar with such as MS Outlook, MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint), PDF, and TIFF files. I can easily adapt to new tools and can work under minimal supervision as my core value towards work is "Integrity is everything". I'm always keen on details as one of the requirements of being an HR analyst on a daily basis. I always place myself in others' shoes, especially on all our clients, stakeholders, vendors, and customers as I put my 100% into every task that I do and aim to deliver on or before the deadline with the highest quality output.
