I help Australian and New Zealand mortgage brokers manage their loan processing and administrative workload with accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
I am a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience supporting mortgage brokers in both the Australian and New Zealand ---------- kets. My role focuses on end-to-end loan application support, document management, compliance checks, and CRM administration—ensuring applications are accurate, complete, and ready for lender submission.
I have worked extensively with industry tools and aggregators including Mercury Nexus by myCRM, AOL (Apply Online), Broker Engine, and NZSFG, as well as Salesforce and Infynity. I assist with loan submissions, tracking application progress, managing Missing Information Requests (MIRs), and verifying documents to meet compliance requirements before submission.
With a strong background in customer service and administrative support, I am comfortable handling high-volume tasks while maintaining attention to detail and clear communication with brokers and clients. I am proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, allowing me to stay organised and efficient in a remote work environment.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education (Major in Mathematics) and completed two years of Electronics Communication Engineering, which strengthened my analytical skills, accuracy, and structured approach to work—qualities essential in mortgage processing.
