I am the one who dispute NTEs , Sanctions and Behavioral Concerns to Clients in regards to their concerns to their employee, I am also the one who created structure for a start up operations here in the Philippines with wide knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code

I utilize LinkedIn and Social media platforms and google suits for handling and sourcing leads of candidates that have potential

I was the one created their pay slips for the start up company I am with I have my own template and that's still the one they use in that company until now , I handle disputes about their payment and their contact person to the client for salary disputes
