Spent most of his growing up in the state of Georgia, USA. Graduated High School there before moving back to the Philippines in 2006.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.

First worked at Sutherland Global Services in 2008 as a Technical Support Representative for 1 year and 9 months before getting promoted to Customer Service Induction Trainer/Communication Analyst. His main objective was to improve the English communication and customer service skills of all representatives for Netspend Financial. He then got hired by VXI Global Services in 2011 as Skills Development Specialist Team Lead for AT&T. He was tasked to tackle the communication and customer Service skills of representatives and help subject matter experts and supervisors in terms of how to coach their teaUpgrade to see actual infombers based on performance and growth.

Thereafter, he discovered about telemarketing work and was introduced to sales, appointment setting, and lead generation work when he joined an FlatWorld Solutions in 2012. On the same year, he was hired as a supervisor by Upgrade to see actual info. That was when he learned more about telemarketing work and was able to hone his skills to becoming a better and stronger individual in the business.

After being in the telemarketing business for a while, he then ventured off and dUpgrade to see actual info to put up his own outsourcing company and worked with different clients providing different services such as customer service, technical support, and telemarketing work.

He also has data entry, lead mining, and logistics work experience. Though he only had a few months of experience in the mentioned areas, rest assured that he is efficient and very reliable in getting job done.
