I have been in the HR Department for 8 years . I have done Payroll and time keeping, organized and hosted events, managed employee relations but I specialized doing the Recruitment. I do end to end recruitment which involves the sourcing up to the off-boarding of the employees. I also manage different job portals and the Applicant Tracking System of the company.
