I am writing to express my strong interest in applying for the position of an Airbnb Virtual Assistant. With a collective experience of five (4) years in customer service, including 2 years specifically working for Airbnb as a Case Manager, I believe I possess the skills and qualifications necessary to excel in the property manager role.
Having worked internally for Airbnb, I subsequently transitioned to the role of an Airbnb Virtual Assistant / Guest Reservation Specialist. During my tenure, I worked for a US-Based Short Term Rental company with 50+ properties, where I assumed responsibilities such as scheduling and coordinating cleaning during turnovers, collaborating with clients and vendors on maintenance matters, promptly responding to guest queries, handling reviews and resolution requests/claims, and optimizing listings.
I am confident that my diverse experiences and proven track record make me a valuable asset to your company and team. I thrive in fast-paced environments, and my previous roles have honed my time management and organizational skills. I am a self-starter and possess a complete setup, ready to commence work immediately.
