Hi! My name is Shanery from the Philippines. I have been working remotely as an ISA Appointment Setter, Calling potential clients who haven’t expressed prior interest, Introducing products or services and qualifying leads, Handling objections and nurturing interest, Scheduling appointments or demos for closers/sales reps, Sending texts and emails and follow-ups to leads, sending offers to homeowners for wholesaling,
Skip tracer, and other nonvoice tasks
with a couple of Real Estate Brokers and Investors and Insurance Companies in the USA for almost 11 years now. With being an Inside Sales Representative, I have also experienced conducting product demos or consultations virtually, managing pipelines through CRM systems and negotiating and closing sales. and upselling or cross-selling existing clients. I also experienced handling managerial positions in the Real Estate Field before. Furthermore, I've also handled different types of leads such as expired, fsbos, preforeclosure leads, buyers, probate leads, neighborhood calling in terms of buying investments properties, just listed and just sold, and also following -up and calling leads from insurance companies. With the CRMs, some are just Follow Up Boss, Mojo Dialer, Vulcan7,, GHL, etc... In addition to this, I am also good with rebuttals as well as cold calling. I had 4 months training on handling rebuttals. I do produce quality appointments. I aim to dial as long as I can to get more contacts, and from there, to get appointments. I also worked as a Customer Service Representative in a Billing Department in a BPO Industry (Convergys: Directv) for 3 years dealing with mostly irate customers. For my internet back up, We have generator to use for power outage.
