Hi! Hope all is well.  My name is  Shane from the Philippines. I have been working as an ISA Appointment Setter for a Real Estate and Insurance Company in the USA for  almost 9 years now. I'm just wondering if you are in need of an employee in the said position.  I've handled different types of leads and CRMs.  In addition to this, I am also good with rebuttals as well as cold calling. I had a 4 months training on handling rebuttals. I do produce quality appointments. I target to dial as long as I can to get more contacts, and from there, to get appointments.  I also worked  as a Customer Service Representative in a Billing Department in a BPO Industry (Convergys: Directv) for 3 years dealing with mostly irate customers. My rate is $7 per hour.
 My tasks are to make outbound calls to leads be it a buyer, a seller (Expired, withdrawn, fsbo, probate, neighborhood calling/circle prospecting), and valuation leads. I know how to pre-qualify them by asking them probing questions. I also follow up on leads depending on the last conversation with them and not just generic emails and texts.  cold calling, and lead follow-up calls. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. I also make sure that I have all the correct information especially with their email address. In this way, there is a chance to follow up with them if they're going to be nurtured. It is also one best way to keep them updated on the market. I also practice prequalifying sellers and buyers. Making sure I get to know their motivation on buying and selling so that it would not be a waste of time on behalf of the Realtor.
