Profile Description

I have five years of combined customer service and admin support experience in a BPO setting. I can handle multiple tasks daily. I use a creative approach to problem-solving and I am a dependable person who's great at time management. I have relative skills of email & admin support, calendar management, inbound/outbound support and strong customer service skills. I am proficient in Microsoft office and Google Suite. I am great at organizing, being resourceful, and can adapt to changes. I also have a background in leadership skills since I have been a subject matter expert in my previous work experience. I also have experience with the travel industry such as flights, hotel and car reservation. I am also experienced with Sabre, Farelogix and Galileo GDS.
