Profile Description

Knowledgeable in MS office applications. Responsible for the final interview as part of the hiring process in accepting applicant/s for any job vacancy. Assigned with maintaining store orderliness, especially the product display. Implementation of the featured sale items using posting them on all social media platforms. I was given a responsibility to handle all E-commerce inquiries and concerns including answering all the queries and even catering to sales issues of the online customers.  Responsible for store operations in the absence of the store manager. Analyzing stock inventory and forecasting replenishment using sell-thru every month. Doing monthly based store sales report analysis and comparing it to the target given by the upper management and creating an action plan to further assess and resolve in case the sales need improvement.
