- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service delivery, using the company’s tone of voice. 
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT:- Create and schedule engaging social media posts across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Reels and Youtube. 
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. - Create eye-catching graphics, reels, and stories using Canva to enhance social media presence. - Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers. 
MARKETING SUPPORT:- Assist in the creation and distribution of emails to the email list, ensuring content is engaging and relevant. 
- Conduct product research to identify market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns. - Assist with other marketing tasks as needed. 
ORDER PROCESSING AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: - Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accurate product selection, pricing, and shipping information. 
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and update product listings to prevent stockouts and maintain a well-stocked online store. - Implement effective order tracking systems, ensuring customers are informed about their order status from purchase to delivery. 
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND DESCRIPTION:- Possess in-depth knowledge of the products offered, including features, specifications, and benefits, to assist customers with informed purchasing decisions. 
- Write and list compelling product descriptions that highlight key features and engage potential buyers, contributing to increased sales and customer satisfaction. 
WEBSITE MANAGEMENT AND CONTENT CREATION:- Manage and update product listings, ensuring accurate information, high-quality images, and appealing product presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging website content, blog posts, and promotional materials that drive traffic and sales.- Conduct regular website audits to optimize user experience, navigation, and checkout processes, maximizing conversion rates. 
DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING - Analyze e-commerce metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement. 
- Generate regular reports summarizing key performance indicators, sales data, and customer feedback, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
