Hi! I have been working for almost 3 years. I handled and performed roles such as Figma Web Designer,  Social Media Manager, Market Researcher, and Executive Assistant for an Australian client within the virtual assistance industry. 

I have advanced skills in Social Media Management, Web design, Landing page creation, copywriting, email marketing, data entry, Customer Handling, Customer Satisfaction, market research, and social media outreach.
I also have basic knowledge of Payroll, Inventories, invoices, and other accounting-related topics. I am also knowledgeable in different tools for virtual assistance such as Slack, Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp for communication, Google Suites ( Gmail, spreadsheet, google slides, Google Docs, google forms, Google Drive, and Google Calendar), Canva for graphics designing, Filmora and Cap Cut for editing videos, HubSpot, Convert Kit and Mailchimp for email campaigns, basic SEO, I am also knowledgeable on various AI tools for marketing. Trello, Asana and Click Up for project management. Figma for web design, prototyping, redesign, making landing pages, WordPress and Webflow for website management and blog optimization.
