I’ve been working in a BPO industry & as a Virtual assistant for about 2
years now. So the accounts that I’ve handled before is a Home Security Account,
Insurance & Health campaign and also Real estate accounts. So as a virtual assistant, I’ve been reaching out to customers, to business owners to check if they are interested in the products & services that were offering. So once their interested, I would set an appointment so that they could meet our CEO or one of our Teams to discuss more details about what we offer. So for real estate industry I’ve been doing Cold Calling or Appointment Setting. So I’ve been reaching out property owners to check if their interested in selling their properties. So once their interested I would set an Appointment for them to meet with my Realtor. And after that I would ask for the best TIME & DATE, the best PHONE NUMBER & EMAIL to reach them out. So once I collected those information. I will pass them to my client.And just want to share these with you, working as a virtual assistant made me feel comfortable working from home, it made me also change my career. As a virtual assistant I’ve been traveling a lot because I have a chance to work from home. And I’m very good at multi-tasking which I’m comfortable to do multiple tasks in one shift, so if ever you’re going to hire me, you don’t have any problem in hiring me since my performance and attendance is 100% . When it comes to training, I’m willing to be trained because I’m a fast learner. One of my goals is to satisfy my Clients.
