I have been a support for over 4 years and have handled various tasks such as email handling, cold calling (offering service claiming a mis-sold Payment protection insurance in the UK). 

I also worked with Audatex which we facilitated outbound calls surveying cars of sellers and input the leads to clients' software database.

For real estate I do have experience as well, the job was about proactively calling customers if they are interested to sell their property and work with our specialists to help them sell it. So we ask some series of questions to pre qualify them how to tailor fit their needs or provide quotes. 

I have been in customer service for more than 2 years as well and had been promoted as a team lead within those time-frame. I handled freshly food service subscription (see the company link Upgrade to see actual info)  in US where we helped customers place their orders and deliver them on a weekly basis. We cater delivery issues and communicate with few known shippers in the US such as FedEx, UPS, Veho, UPS, Axlehire to name a few.
I have a vast knowledge in using Zendesk as this was the main tool we use for customer service support. 

Being in the leadership team, part of my duties were to do admin tasks such as issuing iUpgrade to see actual info reports, communicate with HR needs and facilitate necessary coaching. 

I am very flexible in various tasks with proper guidance and willing to learn more to make sure I contribute and be part of the business' success.
