Profile Description

Proficiency, Excellency, Quality Works, Client Satisfaction, Accuracy, Timeliness, Exceed clients standards are my main goal to contribute with all of the clients that I will work for. I have 2 years experience working in a BPO industry US clients telco account, Sprint and T-mobile that helps me to mold my knowledge how this industry works and how to be an expert handling each customers I'm talking with. In this field I was able to learn not just to address a customer issue but also to address their emotional concern with the service they have with a specific company. We received different trainings about technical and billing understanding. I also worked as food quality assurance associate in a food company for 1 and half year in which checking quality of products is my top priority as well as dealing with product complaints. I also did managed my own cosmetic brand business in which I'm able to deal with different clients and with my different distributors in which help me to have knowledge on how to meet customers demand.

I also did worked as a Virtual Assistant Appointment Setter for Medicare Project and working as an VA Intake lead specialist for a law firm
I also have knowledge using canva and adobe photoshop and other applications for editing. I also know how to use communication tools such as slack, whatsapp, and skype. I have a reliable computer background, good analytical skills, good problem solving, language proficiency, research skills, good interpersonal skills, and I'm computer literate. I am also good working and using Microsoft Office.

 I can work under pressure, dedicated and hardworking.
