Profile Description

Hi my name is Marion, I've been in the BPO industry for more than 10 years now. I was a customer support representative for the most part of it. My main tasks is dealing with inquiries regarding billing. But my job does not stop there. I also cater other inquiries regarding products offered by telcos. I was also a technical support representative during the last years of my career as a BPO agent. I mainly handled complex problems when I was in technical support. Which I can proudly say that I developed a keen eye for detail and irate customer management.
During the pandemic period I self studied in tools that I know can help me
if ever I dUpgrade to see actual info on becoming a virtual assistant.
Here's a list of skill i think will benefit me and my client as a Virtual Assistant.

2. Basic Photoshop
3. Video editing using DaVinci Resolve
4.Social Media Marketing thru Instagram
5.Social Media Group Management Specifically in Facebook
I can say that I'm a very fast Learner and I adapt in every situation fairly quickly. If there's a certain tool needed to be learned to increase productivity or it's required by the client I'm very willing to be trained.
