Profile Description

I have experience working as a full-time Real Estate Virtual Assistant, where I was responsible for generating leads through Deal Machine and performing skip tracing using Skip Genie. I also have experience as a Virtual Assistant Cold Caller, handling outbound calls, lead qualification, and client communication to support business growth.

In addition, I worked as a Virtual Assistant Customer Technical Support Specialist, where I provided customer assistance through multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone support simultaneously. This role strengthened my communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

I am also a former Customer Service Representative in a BPO company with extensive experience handling both sales and technical accounts. I have assisted customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and account concerns while delivering excellent customer service.

My background also includes working as a Data Entry & Research Specialist, where I conducted online research, gathered accurate information, and organized data into company systems. I was also an Account Executive for a Printing Press company, where I communicated and built relationships with different clients and handled various business transactions.

I have strong knowledge of Google applications and Microsoft Office tools. I am highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and always willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
