WHAT I DO:
I Help US Practices & Providers to be profitable and efficient as possible, using my extensive background in US Healthcare Insurances (Commercial and Federal) and in the RCM process
SERVICES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Billing/Charge Entry - Conduct claims/billing scrubbing to before claim submission, and resolve all claim rejections
• A/R Management – Review A/R aging to ensure the highest revenue and perform account reconciliations and monitor patient's account details for delayed or non-payment and other irregularities, including fixing claim rejections during electronic submission.
• Payment Posting – Conduct payment reconciliations, Review EOBs/ERAs and provide denial resolutions, send appeals and review determinations.??Eligibility & Benefit Verification – Contact Healthcare Insurances to obtain services coverage and patients eligibility.
• Healthcare Executive/Patient Advocate and Medical Bills Collector – Explain patients medical bills and collect their outstanding balances, assist them in processing their payments online & over the phone.
• Credentialing & Contracting – Handles provider & facility credentialing/re-credentialing, EFT enrollments to the insurance. Maintain provider & facility profile is up to date, and responsible for submitting providers network participation requests & negotiates reimbursement.
• Familiarity of CPT and ICD 10 Coding Guidelines
