In my 10 years of experience in Customer Service mainly focused on Airline and Hotel Industry, my enthusiasm and drive towards fulfilling continuous career growth prompted me to offer qualifications.

In almost a decade of my career in a fast-paced industry, I believe that my experience would allow me to deliver a consistent and quality service based on the training that I gathered all throughout my career from EU Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard to yearly training for Security Awareness based on aviation standard. All these training will help me develop an existing system in place as I have already familiarize myself with the leading GDSes systems (Sabre, Apollo, and Amadeus) in Aviation Industry as well as knowledge in Hotel systems (OPERA system).

I have excelled as a self-motivated, dedicated, and thorough professional, who also has a keen understanding in trained competence in working with people. I had the luxury of successfully dealing with other professionals in the corporate ladder, from the bottom rung rank and file up to General Manager. My leadership skills and passion to share my knowledge will prove that I am
