I am part of the Talent Acquisition team of a well-known Telecommunications/BPO company founded in Canada. My main task is to source applicants using different sourcing channels like social media, ATS, employee referral program, and applicant referral program. I also conduct the initial interview; making sure that all applicants endorsed are qualified and equipped for the position we are filling.
