Hi, my name is Upgrade to see actual info. I was a previous BPO employee, worked in corporate world for over 7 years. My previous job experience are : CSR(Billing w/ Sales) , TSR with Sales also and before I resigned I was promoted as a Product Support Specialist where I was handling a rockstar team w/ 20 agents. I have an experience using GoHighLevel tool/dialer, after that I was also hired as a part timer (commission based) and used Vici Dialer. 
I am confident I have the skills, the qualities and the qualifications needed to excel in the role. I am a fast learner; I possess excellent problem solving capabilities, and I can manage a significant work load. I have an impressive track record of achievement. For example on my previous company I was promoted as a Team Supervisor for being able to hit all KPI's(key performance indicators). I am a type of person that always contributing positively for the company, I make sure to take responsibility of whatever task I'm given.
