Designer / Drafter

• Leverage AutoCAD to create blueprints according to customer specifications and timelines. • Render schematics for 100+ designs to create 2D and 3D models. • Collaborate with five drafting team members to ensure compliance with company protocols. • Develop deep foundation and flood control structure designs. • Visit construction sites to measure field dimensions • Collaborated with a 10-member engineering team to identify safe, sturdy construction methods • Altered designs to reduce production issues by 10%. • Calculated dimensions with accurate precision according to project specifications.

-Work with customer and design/architecture teams to understand client business processes and requirements, provide solution recommendations, and create Solution or Functional Design specifications. -Translate customer business requirements into high quality functional designs within agreed timeframes. -Support the creation of system/integration test plans, execution of functional testing, and end user training. - Liaise with the Development Team and participate in walkthroughs to discuss functional requirements and functional design of the solution. - Facilitate the resolution of functional design issues as they arise during the development process. -Ensure the quality of one’s own and/or a project team’s deliverables through adherence to project standards and methodologies. Perform quality assurance reviews of the work of a design/development team. -Travel to onsite project locations as deemed necessary

• In charge to prepare, create, and complete accurate 3D models ranging from small interiors to park scale developments. work closely with the 3D Modeling Manager and Design Director, the position is critical to the correct interpretation and ultimate realization, of the overall creative vision of the project. • Typically utilize Sketchup and Blender and other rendering software. • Involves on working multiple projects to meet tight deadlines. as a 3D Modeler I implement quick revisions to match the Management team’s requests and also will interpret the given creative direction and generate the visual 3D concepts for various entertainment projects, involves supporting the detailed articulation of that concept through each design and production stage. • Additionally, as a 3D Modeler I am also responsible for generating their production deliverables within the given guidelines and time constraints.

-Perform design process including Concept, Schematic, and Detailed Design -Documentation, writing specifications, report, 3D modeling, submittals & permitting hardscape and plant material selection. -Help deliver technical landscape packages. -Organization of project materials & information according to the Design Process. -Working closely with counterparts and across all disciplines. -Production of project design reports and detailing. -Provide landscape design solutions from Concept to Detailed Design. -Coordinating with design Engineers for the resolution of related issues.
