Profile Description

I was employed at IQOR PH as a Customer Service Representative for 1 year and 2 months. I was a voice and email support for Amazon for 4 months and was transferred to Upgrade to see actual info where I worked as a voice and a chat support. After working for IQOR PH, I worked at Choice Home Warranty, Inc. which is a Home warranty company based on New Jersey. I was a customer support specialist for 9 months then I was promoted to a Subject Matter Expert for another 7 months. After that, I was transferred as a Business Development Specialist for the same company.
