I have previous expertise managing inbound and outbound calls, chat and email queries, sales, credits and billing, payments, troubleshooting, and order taking as a Customer Service | Technical Support.

I'm also knowledgeable using Gsuite, Salesforce, Zendesk, Canva, Capcut, Slack and MS Office.
