Profile Description

I started working as a Collection Specialist in a Billing company that is based in Brooklyn, New York. As a collection specialist, my job is to call insurance companies for claim status, patient's eligibility and benefits. As there is always room for improvement and upskilling, I was trained to become a Biller. Where, I bill for Family Medicine and GI practices. The Billing Tool that I am very familiar with is EZclaim and I am also a little familiar with EClinical Works. I am also familiar with tools like Upgrade to see actual inforono and Office Ally.  however, as I am trainable and fast learner, I am willing to be trained on what software you are using

As I worked with a Billing company, I became familiar with Revenue Cycle Management. So fixing denials is my thing.
I am self- motivated and problem-solver. I believe I can be a good addition to any team.
