I am a graduate of BS Psychology with a total of 3 years of working experience in General HR. 

I have experience in managing various aspects of human resources and administrative functions. I'm skilled at creating clear and compliant job offers and employment contracts. In employee relations, I handle disciplinary actions, mediate conflicts, and address inquiries and concerns. I also have experience in utilizing Hubstaff to monitor productivity, address policy violations, and create activity reports. I meticulously maintain records of employee movements, ensuring accuracy and easy access to information. Proficient in timekeeping and attendance monitoring, I contribute to maintaining accurate records for effective workforce management. Additionally, I organize files across company drives systematically.

My administrative tasks include drafting business letters, managing email queries, and coordinating travel logistics. I'm also responsible for organizing and categorizing emails in the company's official system for efficient retrieval and communication.

I utilize MS Suite, Google Suite, Canva, Asana, and ChatGPT to simplify tasks and enhance efficiency in my work.
