I have more than a decade of experience providing top-notch customer service and support to different clients in multiple lines of businesses (since 2004)

*Customer service: solid background in customer service and support roles. Had been trained in pre-sales management, financial accounts, export trade and logistics, supply chain management, social media (content moderator), publications (subscription), reservations and directory assistance, among others.

*Language support: several years of experience as a bilingual English-Spanish support for several BPO’s in Metro Manila. Took Spanish lessons at Instituto Cervantes Manila and at the University of the Philippines –Diliman as a minor course in college.  Studied Spanish Language and Culture at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2011.

*Communications: can interact professionally with different clients and all levels of staff, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality; seriously practicing tact, adaptability and diplomacy in handling sensitive issues.

*Technology: Considered as an excellent user of MS Office, GSuite, CRM Tools, Citrix Application, among others; highly trainable and eager to learn new processes and technology
