Profile Description

I have been a virtual assistant for more than six months now. I’ve had experiences with administrative tasks from my previous jobs. My primary tasks are managing calls, emails, texts, and escalations in a timely manner. I manage the calendar from scheduling appointments to following up on next day appointments with clients and agents involved to avoid cancellations and ensure all the necessary details are uploaded the day before the inspections.
I enhanced the company’s training material using Canva so we have a more structured process flow and a one-stop shop for company policies and procedures.
I also handle growth tasks, from cold calling to email campaigns to prospective clients.
