Profile Description

I have two years experience in the BPO industry as a customer service representative for voice accounts. My daily tasks include assisting customers calling to book flights, hotels, cruise and car rentals. Aside from that I also cater customers' concerns regarding changes and cancellations and refund claims on their confirmed bookings. I also had an experience working for an international healthcare account. My tasks are providing patient coverage to healthcare providers calling to acquire information on their patient's healthcare coverage, percentages covered by their insurance provider, including provider claims to name a few.
With these experiences, I gained confidence and honed myself to make success always a goal to every client I will work with. I am always passionate with whatever I am doing, I am highly organized, a great manager of my time and has keen eyes on details. I can effectively work under pressure with minimal supervision but will always make sure that I will deliver the best quality of work that I can render.
