Hi there! My name is Upgrade to see actual info and I'm a passionate marketer and freelancer. I have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Ateneo de Davao University. I have been working in sales and marketing since 2015.

Throughout my career, I've gained valuable experience in various fields, including financial advising, real estate sales, and freelance work. As a licensed financial advisor and real estate salesperson, I've developed strong communication and negotiation skills, which have proven to be invaluable in my sales and marketing roles.

My experience as a sales associate for Sprint in the BPO industry has given me a solid foundation in Telesales, including inbound and outbound calls, upselling, and meeting sales metrics. I've also gained experience in navigating multiple tools and handling irate customers, which has helped me develop strong problem-solving skills.

In addition, I've worked on a range of freelance projects, including cold calling for Wellcare, appointment setting for a UK-based English teaching company in China and a Solar Franchising Company in the US. I also did B2B cold calling for a merchant services company. I've also provided customer service support for an e-commerce business, where I was responsible for tracking orders, managing Shopify, and creating tickets as well as chat and email support. I also worked as a BDR for a Commercial Cleaning Service Company where I nurture leads and do corporate outreach.
