Profile Description

I am a highly adaptable and detail-driven Web Design and Multimedia professional with extensive experience in website development, creative design, client onboarding, and team leadership. Over the years, I have built and customized professional, responsive websites for international clients using platforms such as Duda, WordPress, and Wix, ensuring each site reflects the client's brand identity and business objectives. I also utilize Canva extensively for creating visually compelling design assets that support both web and marketing efforts.
As a team lead and mentor, I support a group of Senior Analyst – Web Designers by providing guidance, encouraging continuous improvement, and fostering a collaborative and efficient work culture. I actively contribute to process optimization, conduct regular quality checks, and help ensure our design output meets the highest standards.
In my role as the team’s Point of Contact (POC), I coordinate closely with team leaders, deliver reports, and facilitate meetings and daily huddles. I also manage direct client communications—handling website revisions, performing live updates via Zoom or phone, and offering prompt, professional support to ensure client satisfaction.
In addition to web development, I bring solid experience in multimedia production—designing everything from logos and billboards to social media graphics and presentations. I work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers, to deliver creative, cohesive, and brand-aligned digital experiences.
