? Create and send laboratory or imaging orders through different platforms and follow up on results accordingly
? Verify prescriptions and initiate prior authorizations as necessary
? Reviews and prepares medical charts before and after the consultation
? Providing administrative support duties which include but are not limited to data entry, appointment scheduling, email management, and record management
? Strictly adhering and complying with the HIPAA policy
? Establishing a professional relationship with medical professionals and patients by acting as a primary liaison between patients and providers
? Answer phone calls and emails from patients, pharmacy, insurances.
? Update patient records
