In after-sales, I communicate with customers via email in a calm, professional manner, and coordinate with couriers regarding deliveries, returns, and claims.

Earlier in my career as a Virtual Assistant, I worked as a content writer—creating product descriptions for apparel, footwear, surfing, and skateboarding items. This experience strengthened my research and writing abilities. Later, I transitioned into a product lister role, managing product uploads and photo content for our website. 

Currently, I serve as a Customer Service Assistant handling email and live chat support through Pure Chat and Gorgias. I’m known for my strong attention to detail, consistent attendance, and positive attitude toward work.
