I am a Mass Communications Journalism graduate and I am currently taking Bachelor of Laws (Juris Doctor) for graduate studies. I have an excellent skill in oral and written communication. I have once been an editorial staff of the university publication in our school which enabled me to gain enough knowledge in communications. My work experience include being a Billing and Sales representative for AT&T and a Chat Support Agent. I have gained lots of knowledge and wisdom especially working as a billing specialist, it gave me huge realizations that I can be the best in my field when I perform well. I have also worked at a non-voice call center wherein my main job was to process Spanish, Mexican and English Ancestry data Upgrade to see actual info my line of work, I have also encountered tagging jobs wherein I am tasked as a tagger for Lexis Nexis records wherein we convert .pdf files to document files. Aside from that, I have experience working in a government agency wherein I am the assistant of a disbursing officer giving me knowledge on accounting. I am currently working as a Communications and Correspondence Specialist where I am one of the Communication Staff-in-Charge for my designated area. I am one of the people who facilitate training and ongoing formations for our beneficiaries which include language, correspondence and leadership training. Apart from that, I have been appointed by our office to be a Program Evaluator gauging and evaluating the efficiency of our programs intended for the constituents and beneficiaries of the foundation. I am adept in multi-tasking as what I can attest in my education and work profiles. I love challenges and I believe pushing one's boundaries is a part of being competitive as well as it develops you to become a better version of you.
