* Handle your social media accounts and increase engagement and audience
* Create different digital graphic designs (including logo, cover photo, daily post, PDF, product content, infographics, posters and many more)
* Email Marketing (using MailChimp, send in blue, send fox and other email marketing tools)
* Provide you an organized social media calendar plan with copywriting and trending hashtags.
* Boost page moderation
* Video editing (reels, shorts, YT videos, transcribing and manual/ tutorial videos) 
* I know how to handle day-to-day customer inquiries* Answer chat/emails and phone calls
