I’m an E-commerce Virtual Assistant with experience in product research, product listings, and customer support. I help online store owners find products that have good potential to sell, organize and upload listings, and handle customer inquiries to make sure buyers get fast and helpful responses.

I’ve worked with tasks like finding trending or winning products, checking competitors, writing product titles and descriptions, and assisting customers through chat or email for order updates, concerns, and basic after-sales support.

I’m comfortable working with Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and similar platforms, and I’m always willing to learn new tools if needed. I work best when I’m given clear instructions, but I can also work independently and manage tasks on my own.

My goal is to help store owners save time, stay organized, and improve both sales and customer experience.
