I have been in customer service for almost 5 years now. I have experiences working in different industries like, BPO, hospital, hotel, logistics and just recently in a law firm as a virtual legal assistant. I have intermediate knowledge and experience in clerical and administrative tasks. I've handled phone calls, email management, and preparation of reports. I am equipped with great interpersonal and communication skills. I am keen to details and can multitask. I like being challenged and I see challenges as an opportunity to learn and discover new things and skills. I give extra efforts when it comes to learning and I give my best in everything I do. I am goal-oriented and I always make sure to have relevant contributions to the company or entity that I work in.
