Profile Description

-Answering all inquiries and concerns through Emails, Instagram & Facebook account.
-Research and put all the information into the spreadsheets, verifying them against source documents at different stages during the process.
-After getting all the important information I will update the spreadsheet and the CRM of the company. I have to make a follow up calls also for the old leads. I am also doing research and put the information into the spreadsheet. -Assist in ingress/egress, registration manning, and handling of customer inquiries in the events.
-Assist in preparation of welcome kit and other DM campaign materials.
-Manage the distribution and monitoring of premiums and corporate gifts.
-Records custodian- Be in charge of orderliness in the department concerning records, supplies, and documentation.
Other Marketing Activities- To provide support and assist in the implementation of other marketing activities as determined by the Marketing Manager.
-To assist the marketing manager to coordinate Database Maintenance and Direct marketing activities so as to achieve the Country's Customer acquisition, revenue, and retention objectives.
